1. What We Collect

When you create a Focally account we collect your name, email address, and any profile information you choose to provide — including your business name, specialty, bio, phone number, and portfolio images. We also collect standard usage data (page views, link clicks) to power your analytics dashboard.

2. How We Use It

Your profile information is displayed publicly on your Focally link so clients can find and contact you. Usage data is used exclusively to show you analytics inside your dashboard and to improve the product. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

Focally uses the following services to operate:

• Clerk — authentication and account management
• Supabase — database and file storage
• Stripe — payment processing for Pro subscriptions
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure

Each provider has their own privacy policy governing how they handle data.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you upload to Focally. You grant us a limited license to display that content on your public profile. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.
