Focally is a link-in-bio portfolio builder for photographers and videographers. It lets you share your work, services, and booking links under a single URL. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You own everything you upload — your photos, your copy, your brand. You grant Focally a license to display that content on your public profile page. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you publish.
You agree not to use Focally to publish illegal content, impersonate others, or engage in spam or harassment. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Pro plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact help@focally.me.
Focally is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about uptime or results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
